The Key to Healthy Organic Skin

I struggled with dry skin for a long time. My husband struggled with dryness and Rosacea. We tried countless products that either made things worse or just didn’t show results.
We always make sure to choose organic options at the grocery store and maintain a healthy diet, but one day while eating an organic avocado it hit me :

what I apply to my skin should be just as important as what I consume!

After all, our skin is the largest organ of our bodies. Many of the skincare products on the market today are made without organic ingredients that can be harmful to our delicate skin, hence why I had not been seeing great results.

Yeah, Hence!

I decided to create a 100% Organic Youth Mist to spray on my face throughout the day as needed. I noticed amazing results in just a few days. My skin appears more alive and hydrated, my complexion has improved, and my skin is so silky smooth to the touch!

The Rosacea my husband struggles with causes his blood vessels to enlarge around his cheeks leaving him with redness and irritation. You can imagine how it would interfere with his acting career! No bueno. He now uses the Organic Youth Mist every day and his skin has improved so much! The aloe and chamomile combination helps to soothe his skin and prevents the nasty effects of Rosacea! He looked in the mirror and said,

“Wow…. this stuff is amazing!”

During our travels, the harsh stale air from airplanes tends to leave us with dryness, so we bring our Organic Youth Mist 2 ounce bottle on the airplane and spray to stay hydrated. Soothing skin after sun exposure, hydrating on cold windy days… so many opportunities to let this product do its magic!

The best part is that we are preventing fine lines and wrinkles by using this product as well. The results of using cold pressed Jojoba oil on the skin over time are amazing. I truly can’t express what a miracle in a bottle this has become for us.

Nothing makes me happier than making sure my family is healthy and happy. I want to share this product with the world because everyone deserves healthy, beautiful skin. The key is Organic.

Feel Like a Kid Again while Staying at Arlo SoHo in NYC

Looking for a minimalistic yet chic approach to hotel accommodations? The Arlo SoHo Hotel certainly has it. Each room is only 300 square feet, however, it contains everything you need- a shower, toilet, sink, and of course, a cozy bed with an oversized window revealing views the city skyline.

The Arlo SoHo designed the hotel so that you spend less time in your room, and more time enjoying yourself in their gorgeous lounge areas and nooks.

The lounge and common areas set the mood to circa 1970 with sophisticated Mid- century modern wood furnishings and cozy sofas and accent chairs complete with fur blankets. Curl up and read a book, jam to your favorite vinyl on their record player, or enjoy a James Bond martini with friends by the bar. Hanging at the Arlo SoHo will even make you feel like a kid again- in the best way! They have cabinets full of awesome vintage board games to rummage through and play with friends, which is a pleasant surprise, and loads of fun when vacationing with a group. While on a weekend trip, my husband and I shared laughs with friends and enjoyed a classic game of “Trouble” and while sipping drinks in the lounge. We also explored their rooftop bar overlooking the city.

I can honestly say I enjoyed our “tiny hotel room” experience. From the wonderful service to the atmosphere and cozy room, everything exceeded my expectations and I would love to return in the future. If you’re skeptical, try it out for yourself! Check out their website here and book a trip to the Arlo SoHo to enjoy a long weekend in New York City. Experience Incredible Latin American Cuisine in Lewes Beach, DE

Lewes Beach is a charming, historical beach town on the coast of Delaware. If you take a stroll down 2nd Street you’ll find many beautiful boutique shops and also the best Mexican restaurant, Agave. Specializing in authentic Latin American cuisine, Agave keeps both locals and tourists returning for more!

Goat cheese & pine nut, Roasted pumpkin Seed & aged Gouda, Gala Apple & Midnight Moon cheese, and Garlic shrimp are among their many unique and freshly made guacamole dips you can choose as a starter. Can’t decide? Order their trio guac sampler so you can find out which is your favorite! Corn on the cob covered in queso fresco and chipotle mayo is a fan favorite side dish from their menu. We scarfed ours before we could even take a picture… oops!

One of many amazing entree items on their menu is the Stacked Enchiladas – corn tortillas stacked on top of one another filled with chicken, fresh cheese corn and tomatillo salsa paired with rice and black beans. The portion was out of control and definitely satisfied my tastebuds. Hungry for seafood? Their surf and turf burrito is sure to please with the delicious seasoned shrimp and steak rolled in a fresh tortilla with lettuce cheese and chipotle mayo.

So now that I’ve got you hungry for Mexican food, get in the car, drive to 137 2nd street in Lewes Beach Delaware and check out one of my favorite dinner joints in Lewes Beach. Make sure to order one of their fresh fruit margaritas for me!

Brunch at Egg in Rehoboth Beach

Looking for a nice breakfast before sun tanning on the beaches of Rehoboth, Delaware? Well, look no further. Egg is an adorable breakfast, lunch and more restaurant conveniently located on Rehoboth Avenue, not far from the sandy shore. They have wonderful indoor and outdoor seating options and a menu full of creative treats.

They have a long list of cocktails, however, we ordered tea and coffee to begin our day. Our growling bellies chose the Crab & Shrimp Ceviche with Avocado Toast to start and it was absolutely delicious. Delicious lumps of crab and shrimp paired wonderfully with the avocado smeared toast points that filled the plate.

My husband ordered Traditional Eggs Benedict (we love our eggs benny!) which contained of cherry-wood smoked country ham, poached eggs and hollandaise served over a toasted English muffin. He scarfed it! I had a sweet tooth so I ordered Mrs. A’s Peanut Butter French Toast and it surely satisfied my craving! This is not your average french toast, it is a creamy peanut butter french toast sandwich sprinkled with confectioners sugar and served with real maple syrup and a side of pecan-wood smoked bacon! It tasted like the peanut butter pancakes my grandma made me when I was a little girl. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I definitely had a “Ratatouille” moment.

We’re so excited to visit Egg again during our next Rehoboth Beach trip so we can try more of their delicious menu items. Check out my Instagram @travel.with.samantha for more great photographs of our travels and drop me a comment below if you know of any other great restaurants in Rehoboth Beach, DE!
