A Beautiful Breakfast Spot: Bouchon at The Venetian, Las Vegas

My favorite thing about going to Las Vegas is all of the amazing food the city has to offer, and Bouchon at The Venetian’s dishes are oui magnifique! With its beautiful mosaic floor and long pewter espresso bar, Bouchon will make you feel like you’ve stepped into a gorgeous Parisian bistro while still being in the United States. I enjoy their outdoor seating which is on a terrace overlooking the gardens of The Venetian.

Michelin Award winning chef, Thomas Keller, offers an extensive menu with seasonal dishes, daily chalkboard specials as well as everyday staples. Each and every dish I’ve ever had at Bouchon has been out of this world delicious. Bouchon is well known for their delicious freshly baked goods, so at each sitting you are presented with either a basket of warm croissants or ribbons of bread with butter and fruit preserves. A few of our favorite brunch items to order are the Moules au Safran, Maine bouchot mussels steamed with white wine, Dijon mustard and saffron served with french fries, and the Poulet et des Gaufres, Roasted chicken with bacon-chive waffle served with Crown maple syrup. It’s always exciting to see the daily chalkboard specials which usually consist of a savory sausage or omelet.

At our most recent visit to Bouchon at The Venetian, my husband ordered the Chive Crepe with ham, brie cheese, bibb lettuce and mornay sauce which was fanatastic. I ordered the Gaufres au Levain, sourdough waffle with mixed berries and Chantilly cream served with Crown maple syrup, and oh my… was it heavenly!

I love the restaurant’s location because after dining you can take a stroll through The Venetian’s beautiful garden area (and walk off all of the food!). Bouchon has such a dreamy setting with delectable food to go with it. If you happen to be visiting Las Vegas, please, don’t hesitate to make a special trip to Bouchon at least once during your stay and you will not be disappointed.
